Looking for a third housemate

Hi, looking for a third housemate after one dropped out. Property is a three bed flat with shared kitchen and living space and is a 20 min walk from UoY west campus and a 15 min walk from Lidl. Room is a double room with a bathroom shared with one other person. TV with Amazon fire stick (subscriptions not included) and kitchen has a washing machine and there is a tumble dryer in the shed outside. Bike storage is available and there is a parking space outside the flat but a permit is required (cost is £50 per month). U1 bus route is a 5 min walk away.
