I'm looking for two housemates to move into my home near Tang Hall Lane.

Two furnished double bedrooms are available:
- One overlooks the garden.
- The other overlooks the front of the property.
- Both come with double bed, wardrobe/clothes rail and storage/chest of drawers.

My bright and cosy home also offers:

You'll be sharing with me - an Electronics Engineer and a University of York graduate (some time ago now). I'm easy-going, tidy, and respectful, and I'm looking for housemates with a similar attitude.

You'll preferably be a student with no pets or smoking.

You'll be living in close proximity to York city centre, York Hospital and the universities.

Rent: £825 per month (per room) excluding bills (excluding Council Tax as full-time students are exempt).
