Single Student Tenancy Takeover York

Hi, we are looking for someone to replace my tenancy in a student house (tenancy beginning 14th August 2026). Unfortunately, due to health complications, I will not be able to live in York during the next academic year, therefore I need someone to take my place as a tenant.
It is a 3-bedroom house on Queen Victoria Street. As the replacement tenant, you will have the first choice between any of the 3 rooms. All bedrooms are fully furnished and a comfortable size with sturdy desks. The rent for 2 of the bedrooms is £186 per week (bills included). The rent for the larger bedroom (double bed) is £192 per week (bills included).
The tenancy ends June 20th 2027, so this tenancy is only for 44 weeks. This means you will save a very large amount of money compared to a standard 52-week student contract. I can send a full virtual house tour upon request. The other two tenants are Franco (moving into 3rd year at UoY) and Alex (moving into 2nd year at UoY).
