I have a furnished very large ensuite double room/bedsit with large balcony just outside city wall along the river. Very lovely house and 8 min walk to train station or town centre. Bus avail also at the top of the road.
Linens and towels provided, tea/coffee station in room. Microwave & mini fridge can also be provided on request.
I am a professor at UoY and live in the top of the house. Kitchen, lounge and garden can be shared. Parking avail on street for extra permit charge of £35.
MUST LOVE DOGS as I have two rescue dogs who are lovely and love attention. Don't worry though, they do not go into the spare room unless invited.
Looking for a professional short term or a bit longer.
Would consider reduced rent for week day only room rental and/or dog walking if confident and experienced with dogs.
Couples considered for additional £150.
