Need temporary/mid-term accommodation in York? I have a furnished bedroom in my Fulford Place flat available from 15/9 for a maximum of 6 months (renewable upon mutual consent). Superb location: transportation/large supermarket/local shops/gym nearby, 10-15 min walk to city centre/15 min walk to the University of York and close to riverside walks. Ideal for UoY students/staff or professionals working in the city centre.

I’m looking for a quiet and tidy individual who will appreciate a peaceful living environment.

The bedroom has a double bed, chair, a chest of drawers, two double sockets, cloth rails, wardrobe and shelves. There is a spacious, modern bathroom (not en-suite). The window faces a communal garden.

Use of bathroom, storage room, kitchen equipment/facilities, living/dinning room, and locked bike shed. Washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and other equipments are provided. Resident parking permit available.

ALL bills + high speed Wi-Fi are included in the rent. No council tax to pay. In winter, responsible use of electric heating is requested. I will be a live-in landlord for a couple of weeks only in 2026.
