Huge house, Acomb with parking, garden, bills incl

Roommate is leaving and I'm looking for someone to replace her before november.

Very big house in Acomb with two bedrooms on two different floors. 6 bus lines right outside the house. We have our own driveway, so parking included for those who have a car.

I'm a PhD researcher in philosophy of AI, so I'm looking for someone intellectually curious to share this house with. Someone a little eccentric, or tolerant of my eccentricities. I smoke in my room. I'm a bit messy. But if we live together, I will make you great french and moroccan food, and proofread your work for free.
