Double room available near city centre

Hi!

I have a great room available near the town centre. The current contract is one month rolling, but a fixed 6 month contract may be arranged if you prefer.

The Room

It’s a great size double room that comes fully furnished with a king size bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. I have the en-suite so you’ll have the bathroom to yourself.

The Flat

As you can see from the pictures, it’s a lovely flat in a great location. There’s a huge open plan living area, which again is fully furnished and leads on to a private patio and garden area.

The kitchen is fully stocked and has all the usual amenities available like a fridge/freezer, washing machine/tumble dryer and more than enough storage space.

There is also parking and bike storage available with the flat.

The Location

With only a couple minutes walk to the city wall, you are close to the city centre and 10 minutes’ walk to the hospital and train station.

There’s a large Sainsbury’s just across the road, with Morisson’s and Asda only 5 minutes away.

Being so close to the city means there are several gyms, bars and restaurants for you to take your pick from.

A Bit About Me

I am a dentist, currently working in North Yorkshire, but the commute’s worth the amazing location of the flat.

I tend to be busy during the week so like to relax at the weekends with the usual going out, seeing friends or having a lazy day where I do absolutely nothing...

The room is available immediately and I am ideally looking for someone similar to me - a professional in their twenties. Though I will consider others.

The Rent

Though bills aren’t included in the rent, they only come to about £45 per month for electricity, internet and water with council tax at about £70 each.
