Lovely flat to rent in central York

I am looking for a flatmate for my 2 bedroom flat that I rent in central York. The flat is just off Monkgate, it has a designated car parking space which you would be able to use, 2 double bedrooms, a good sized fully furnished living room with french doors to a small balcony area, the kitchen and bathroom are both good sized and fully equipped.

The room is a average sized double with a nice big window and is currently unfurnished. I am happy to furnish it, but that will slightly increase the monthly rent.

Bills are not included, but are reasonable and would be split equally.

A bit about me, I'm 23, and I work just outside the centre of York. I like to go out for drinks or dinner with friends, going for runs or Zumba classes but also curling up on the sofa with a glass of wine and a takeaway.

I'm looking for a flatmate who I can get on well with as I think that's really important when you live together.
