Has a south facing garden with patio and outdoor seating. fifteen minute drive to city centre or £10 in a taxi - excellent links to A64 Leeds and Harrogate/York ring road. Pub and local amenities are just a few minutes walk away from the house including a Tesco express and pub with beer garden. Rent is £495 per month inclusive of all bills and utilities inc unlimited broadband access - reduced rate for monday-friday lets.

Looking for a housemate (preferably) female. A monday-friday let would be ideal as i spend a lot of time during the week with relatives. I’m a 32 year old professional working in Interior Design. I also work from home making client calls a few days a week between 8am-6pm (later in the week). I’m laid back, sociable, outgoing and friendly, clean and tidy but not a complete neat freak either. I work hard so tend to prefer quieter nights in during the week rather than partying hard on a "school" night! Also love a nice glass of wine, film and a takeaway night in. Looking for a like-minded individual to rent the room on a short term basis ideally not longer than a year.

Room is available now - proof of identity required along with one months rent paid upfront for the security bond (but will be deducted from the final months rent) - in return for the house keys (i can provide the contract if required), also can provide references from previous housemates.
