There is a large open plan living area which contains the kitchen, dining and lounge areas. Broadband and a large flat screen TV is provided. Television's are also provided for the bedrooms and they are fully furnished.

All bills are included ie council tax, gas, electric, broadband and TV licence for the communal area TV (not individual bedrooms). A cleaner for the communal areas is also provided and a gardener.
