Comfortable, furnished double room for rent in quiet cul-de-sac, Clifton Moor area of York,(available from beginning of August). Use of all facilities and all bills included, except landline. Very easy bus route to York City Centre. I would like a trustworthy, clean and tidy occupant(s)with a friendly personality. The accommodation comprises of a shared bathroom, living room, kitchen and conservatory. I don't mind smokers but no smoking is permitted in the house, except conservatory. I live in the house as well but I am very easy going and considerate and would accept that you may need your own space sometimes.
