Double room in lovely clean house for professional

My name is Adam. I'm a doctor working in Manchester currently, and have a large double room available in my house in Fulford, York.

It is a very nice house, well furnished, nicely decorated and fully fitted. The neighbours/neighbourhood are lovely and friendly.

All mod cons provided, including bedding if you wish. Crockery and cutlery is provided along with all kitchen utensils and equipment.

You will be sharing with 2 other professionals in the house, who are both very friendly, clean and tidy.

As this is still my home, I am keen for it to be kept clean and tidy, so if this works for you, then great! You will be moving in with a standard Lawpack a lodger agreement. It is not available to smokers or those with pets (may consider a hamster or two though). I would like someone happy to share council tax, so this won't generally be suitable for students.

Bills are shared amongst three, and average anything between £60 and £100 per month, depending on time of year. This is additional to your rent. It includes: wifi, telephone, gas, electricity, water, sewerage, council tax and TV license. Minimum contract term is 2 months.

As you can see from the pictures, this isn't your average "rent a room" kind of place :). I don't actually have a pic of your room; the pic you see is of the downstairs bedroom, below your room, so is an identical size. I can get you a pic if you need one.
