Sunny furnished single room, near York town centre

Hi there,
My name's Dani & I'm looking for a laid back, tidy person to rent a lovely bright single room in my 3 bed town house. It's just 10 mins drive from York centre & a 2 minute walk from local shops, amenities, bus services & park. (There is even a full-size working windmill just down the road!)

The room has been recently neutrally decorated, & is furnished with a single bed, 2 drawer units, wardrobe rack & shelved cupboard, plus an aerial point & fast wi-fi broadband access.
The lounge is spacious, with comfy sofas, an HD freeview TV, DVD player & stereo, & the kitchen is equipped with all the 'mod cons' & plenty of cupboard space. I recently had a new boiler & insulation installed, so the house is lovely & cosy! There is also a garden at the rear & ample parking outside the property, with the option of renting a garage at the back if the house from the council if off-street parking is required.

I'm an easy going person who likes to socialise in the lounge while watching a film or a bit of rubbish TV! :)
I also have three friendly cats - they're no fuss at all, as they spend all day either outside or sleeping. I can safely say that everyone who meets Willow Dylan and Poppy falls in love with them (just ask my current housemate!!)
