2 double beds in a student shared house

We have two double bedrooms available in a shared student house for the coming academic year.

You are welcome to just apply for one room, but it's also ideal for two friends who are looking for somewhere to live.

The house is double glazed with a lovely kitchen and lounge and one bathroom. It comes fully furnished, no bills included.

You'll be joining one guy and one girl going into their 3rd year at uni. We're both outgoing and relaxed but tidy, and the girl makes awesome crumbles! We have been very unlucky; let down by one house mate and another has just found out she has a placement, which is why we have the two rooms.
