Amazingly Located Student House - 0.4 from Uni!

Hi there!

We are currently looking to fill a double room in our 6-bed, 2-living roomed, 2-bathroomed (3 toileted) house on Hull Road, right opposite the Black Bull pub. With offroad parking for two or three cars, a big kitchen (WITH dishwasher), and a very large garden. Just a 10-15 minute walk to the University of York campus, (or a 5 minute cycle) and on the Grimston Bar park and ride bus route. All bills included (water, gas, leccy, broadband, phone line and tv license) for an amazing £84/pw (5% discount if you're able to pay your rent off in one go).

Not only a great house, in a great location, but for this next year we've negotiated with the landlord a reduced term contract, covering the academic year, a 41-week rent September to July, saving ~£1000.

The current housemates are myself and Genny studying Physics, Dana studying Maths/Philosophy, Jane studying Linguistics (all going into 3rd Year) and Holly, who is a postgrad who will be studying Cognitive Neuroscience.
