Rooms to rent in refurbished House

I am currently refurbishing this house in Foxwood/Acomb and am looking to rent to professional people who will live together in a peaceful environment in this spacious home. I am fitting a new kitchen, bathroom(s) all finished to a high specification rweady for occupation soon.

We will need good references from all prospective tenants so you are all happy living together with like minded people.

rent will be collected by direct debit/standing order and will include all bills and rates.
