Single Room in 2-Bed House Near Uni&City (1Month)

Hi! I'm a PhD student at the University of York, and I'm subletting a single room with a double bed from 30th Jul to 29th Aug. Shorter period of stay accepted. The room's in a lovely 2-bedroom, newly decorated house in a safe and quiet area, with all the necessary furniture. It's about 10 minutes walk from the main campus, also within a walkable distance from the city centre, Waitrose and Morrison's. The existing housemate is a British postgraduate student of the University, and he's nice, quiet and organised. He'll stay in the other bedroom during the summer.
