I have one double room to rent, fully furnished with chest of drawers, bed side table, double bed and wardrobe.
All bills included, house fibre optic broadband.
There is a nice sized garden with patio at the back of the house, which gets lots of sun and shared parking on the drive at the front.
Ground floor comprises of, utility room, with washer, tumble dryer and bike storage, main living room with log burner at front of house. Rear of ground floor is open plan kitchen, dinner and second living room with twin double doors onto patio.
Regular buses from end of road into centre of town or 30mins walk to York Minster.
