Friendly, Tidy and Fun house mate required!

I am looking for someone tidy, sociable and respectable to share my lovely house with. I am 22 years old, working full time in York.

The house is fully equipped with a kitchen, dinning room and living room all on the first floor to share. I have a yard outside with three storage sheds. Upstairs there is a shared bathroom and two bedrooms.

My house is a 10/15 walk from town. A short drive or bus ride from Clifton Moore and Monks Cross.

There is on street parking - I have never experienced any problems parking directly outside the house. There is a Sainsburys local around the corner. A fish & chip shop, chinese and pizza shop.

Although the bedroom is listed as a single it has a small double bed and is a reasonable size.

The £300 pcm is not including bills. The cost of bills will be spilt between the two of us. Please ask if you would like a breakdown of these costs.
