Spacious room in terrace house, friendly students

Looking for someone to sub-let for a short(any) period before my lease ends early july.

Room has large wardrobe, chest of drawers and cupboard. lots of storage space.

Bathroom has a bath and shower. kitchen is a suitable size.

Very close to Spar, fast food and the university(10min). And also walking distance into town.

Great housemates who are very friendly and considerate of privacy/noise.
