Room to let in City centre, Riverside Flat.

I have a spare room available in my flat from August.

The flat has two good sized bedrooms, bathroom with bath/shower, nice sized kitchen (washing machine/dishwasher/coffee machine) and a large living room with wood floors/beams and really nice riverside views!

The rent includes all bills, a furnished bedroom (double bed/wardrobe) and use of excellent strength WiFi.

The flats where I live, some of the nicest in York, are in a converted mill building called Woodsmill Quay, if you know the City, you may well know the building...they are directly opposite Kings Arms Pub etc...A really prime location.

Parking can be an issue, due to the location...you can park out the front of the building (next too the river) from 6pm - 8am only, and if you go over that time, they are VERY keen with tickets. There is a street about a ten minute walk away from the house, where parking is permitted...other wise its £60 a month for a City permit. Just something to consider - if you finish work at 6pm and start before 8am, no worries! But you will have to move your car during the weekend days (to the aforementioned street!).

Personally, I'm 36, have a job that keeps me up early and home quite late, often away all week - so I am out a fair bit.

When I am in I like to watch films/listen to music/Play guitar and generally enjoy my living room...its important to me that time.

I am a tidy person, who likes to keep things looking clean....but, not obsessively so!
