Room available, sharing house with one other

Hi,

I am looking for a housemate to take the other room in the house I am in. It is a double on the south facing front of the house and can be furnished or unfurnished. The kitchen is massive, as well as the garden. Rent includes water and internet.

Generally I am looking to share with a similar, like minded person that enjoys going out to the pub, theatre, fun stuff but also someone who is comfortable not doing much at all (also not too noisy as I am in my final year at uni (studying occupational therapy). Ideally I would prefer to share with a female, but I'm not too fussed.
