This is a first floor double bedroom that overlooks a main road in a lovely historical house. There is a large shared living room with TV a shared bathroom with a shower only and a kitchen (again shared) that is fully equipped.
The house is on Fishergate, about a 25 minute walk from the university of York, and only 5 minutes into town and well connected to bus routes.
The room itself is large and fully furnished (desk, bedside table, wardrobe and chest of drawers).
Bills aren't included in the rent but come to £32pcm, pp and rent is £89pw
