I have a double room with plenty of storage space to let in my traditional 3-bed semi. There is a fully equipped kitchen/dining room, separate lounge and a 2nd toilet downstairs. Outside there is off road parking for 2 cars, a garage for storing your bike and a garden with patio area. It is a quiet residential area but accessible for York University, York St John, Nestle and the city centre either on foot, by bus or bike.
