Detached house in quiet village, close to bus stop and local train station. York city centre only 15 minutes away.

Shared living areas - including modern kitchen and spacious living room. Shared bathroom upstairs and loo downstairs. One of the landlords has own en-suite so tenant will only be sharing with one other person.

One of the landlords works from home from time to time. The tenant must therefore be employed and ideally out of the house during working hours!

Both landlords (brothers) are fairly relaxed, if you are friendly and polite - and pay the rent - I'm sure we'll get on!
