Small single room available in four bed house. The house is centrally located, just off Bishopthorpe Road, with an easy 10 minute walk to the train station/city centre.

The property comes with two bathrooms: main upstairs (walk-in shower, bath, toilet & sink) and small downstairs (shower, toilet & sink). The kitchen includes a washing machine, tumble drier and dishwasher. There is also a small back yard complete with a shed suitable for bike storage.

The room comes complete with a single bed, bedside table and wardrobe.

We treat the house as a home and all contribute to keeping it clean and tidy. We are currently all working professionals in demanding jobs and enjoy coming home to a relaxed environment. We would like to find people who are sociable and friendly. LGBT housemates are welcome.

Rent does not include TV license, the cost of which is shared between housemates. All other bills - Sky TV and broadband, council tax and utilities - are included.
