York Students only

I am University of York student, looking to move out of my room in Derwent College asap. The rent is 99 a month and is available until the end of the academic year. The flat has eleven other students and has shared toilet/shower/bath facilities. Obviously all costs are included in the £99. The room is fairly large with a washbasin and internet access.
