It's about 15/20 minutes walk to the town centre and train station. There is a good selection of local shops and a few nice restaurants. Nearby is a park, cycle paths, riverside walks and the Millennium Bridge. There is ample on-street free parking.

There is a communal living-room and a ground floor and first floor bathroom. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, range cooker, microwave and washing machine. There is a small garden and patio, with a cycle shed.
