Hi we are a house of 6 people, but unfortunately 2 of us are leaving. 2 More might open up, depending on current housemates research stages. So we have 2 empty rooms that we would like to fill up with other PhD students. They are both big double rooms, we have a large living room, this Easter break we get a new kitchen which is a big plus too.
And there is a large garden, who is perfect for summer bbq's
Rent is around £260 I believe. We live 10min biking (my slow speed)from UoY and 15 from YsJ and the city.
Other assets of our house are a york monopoly set, hedgehogs, and the housemates of course
