Comfortable single room in family home near York

Comfortable family home in beautiful location just outside York near the race course. 4 good village pubs and few shops. Good bus service. Two bath, 3 toilet, shared living/dinning rm and kitchen. Master bed en-suite so little competition for family bathroom. 1 friendly cat. Reasonable sized single bedroom with TV if required. Linen can also be provided. Safe on road parking. Would prefer Mon-Fri but can be flexible if odd weekend required. Price negotiable if less nights needed. We are easy going friendly people and are happy to share our home with likewise person.
