I'm renting a gorgeous house on The Mount, and I'm so reluctant to leave when my flatmate departs in March. 5 mins walk from the station, opposite the Knavesmire, it's a perfect location, and quick to escape to the A64.

It's a 4 bed house, beautifully finished, great for 2 people sharing to allow plenty of space, so I'm looking for a house share rather than a lodger.

Lovely private garden with patio, large sitting room, dining room, office and 2 spare bedrooms (one furnished and 1 we use for storage). Kitchen is plush with all mod cons (including dishwasher and washer dryer). Sky TV and broadband all already installed.

Instant hot water, off road parking, perfect for a professional who enjoys their home life and wants to live in real comfort.

The house is fully furnished, the room can be unfurnished or part furnished if needed.
