The flat is situated in a very modern complex on the ground floor with parking, garage and also a secure bike shed. It is situated on the main bus route and a short walk into the city centre of York approximately 20 minutes.
I will also be living in the flat, I am a surgery manager and am looking for someone professional to share. I am happy to share with a shift worker also.
