We are a professional married couple with a 3 1/2 year old son and two cats. We have a fully furnished single bedroom in our newly refurbished three bedroom home available for mid week rental.
The house is located just off the A59 around one mile from the city centre and one mile from the outer ring road, giving easy links to the A64. There are many amenities including a supermarket within walking distance.
The house comprises two lounges (one of which can be used by our lodger), and dining areas, a large kitchen and garden, downstairs WC, three bedrooms and a new bathroom. All bills are included, including unlimited wifi.
The ideal lodger would be a professional person looking for somewhere to stay in York during the week. They would be happy to be around a playful toddler, and would appreciate the lifestyle we as a family have.
