Room in Modern apartment

Double room available in my modern apartment situated in a quiet Rawcliffe development close to city centre and ring road. Parking is available outside of the main entrance. You will have full use of the modern fitted kitchen, appliances and washer dryer. The lounge is available and has comfortable leather sofas, dining table and access to Tv and Broadband.

I'm looking for a social, tidy and Professional person to share with and the monthly rent includes all bills. I will need a reference please and a bond (fully refundable) is required please.

A double bed frame can be provided if required (not mattress) and a double wardrobe but other furniture is the responsibility of the tenant.

I'm a friendly and sociable person, easy going and enjoys company.
