Double Room Available to Rent Close to City Centre

I have 1 double bedroom (unfurnished) available in a rented terraced house from 27th August 2016.

I am very easy going and the only room I would say is off-limits is my room.
I am out most nights of the week playing netball and spend time at home during the weekends.

I would like to share with someone who is also easygoing, clean and tidy and respectful of the house.

I do have a house cat although you would probably never see him as he seems to be scared of people.

I also live close to all local amenities and on a direct bus route to the City Centre although it is also within walking distance.
