Furnished double room to let in a 4 bedroom house for the academic year 2014-15. £55 per week excluding bills.

Large shared living space and modern kitchen, with garden and bike shed at the rear of the property.

The house is approximately 20 minutes walk from the University of York , or an approx. 8 minute cycle ride.

We are 3 male fourth year students who have taken on the house with a spare room which we are looking to fill. We are all very friendly, clean and tidy with a wide variety of interests. (students only due to council tax - sorry!)

£300 deposit and £50 agency fee applies.
