Large room available beginning of August, which comes furnished. Big enough for a double bed if you have your own, but furnished with a single.

The house as a whole is great: large kitchen, living room and downstairs bathroom. It's well furnished and has a small back yard. Close to town too, you can be in the city centre in minutes and we have lovely Minster views. The house, in our opinion, is a real gem and a bit of a bargain as the rent includes all bills, including internet and TV licence. There is on street parking although this is permitted and would be an additional extra cost.

Looking for late 20s/early 30s professional, we're easy going, friendly and like a laugh and do use the communal spaces to catch up with each other but equally respect each others space. We'd like to find a like minded housemate, who'll chip in with the cleaning, recycling and that kind of stuff so please tell us a bit about yourself. No smokers, students or pets, thanks.
