Close to Hospital and Nestle with tidy Housemates

This is for a room with a big double room and has it own toilet and sink. It is a shared shower but housemates keep very clean. There is SKY tv, Broadband, Nice clean shower, Big living room area with commfy sofa and big TV. Plenty of space in the fridge/freezer. Looking for someone who is clean and tidy and is up for a laugh now and again. The current housemate works on nights. There is also permit parking outside the house and can always get parked up close to the house.
