The house is in Leeman road area. 10 minutes walking distance to train station and 15 minutes to city centre. The house has 3 big double rooms available in a large shared house . The room available is large double bedroom(size is 4. 4m x 3. 4m, it can easily make two double bedroom). The room for single occupancy is £300 p/m( bills are not inculde). There are 2 bathrooms and 1wc. currently a couple and a male professional live in the house. The room is £300 per month not including the utility bills. The bills(water, internet, gas and electricity, tv license, council tax) are roughly £87per month per person. I would prefer someone working full-time.
