To share with female professional who works full time. All Bills included - have Sky Broadband & TV etc. Newly refurbished dining kitchen, with washer & dryer etc.
I would consider a full time let but for a limited short agreed period of time.
And just a little bit about me…. I work fulltime, Monday to Friday with the odd night staying out of York. I am outgoing and friendly, and enjoy meals/drinks out at weekends. I like running & generally keeping fit in my free time. Am not really into partying anymore & like a quiet relaxed weekday life! I am looking for another female professional to occupy my spare room.
