Double room in town centre flat for rent

Hello! I'm looking for someone to move into an en-suite double room in a town centre flat.

I've lived here for nearly 2 years, and my current flatmate is moving fin late March, leaving an en-suite double room available. The flat is on the first floor, and has shared lounge and kitchen, as well as a washing machine and dishwasher. I've furnished the living room, and have plenty of kitchen stuff. The bedroom is unfurnished, but with one double fronted wardrobe included.

There's no parking included, however there is room for one bike in locked outdoor storage.

I work a lot during the week, and like to be out and about at weekends, but I'm also happy with a quiet night in or a trip to the pub! I'm upbeat, focused and like a good laugh, and I would like to share with someone similar who is respectful of other people's things and who likes to keep things clean and tidy.
