Furnished double room, near York

Furnished double room available in a 3 bed house in Stamford Bridge (10 mins from York). Two 21 year old girls looking for a roommate male or female, we both work full time and we are ideally looking for someone else who works full time too (erratic shift patterns and night workers welcome). We've been friends for a few years and have a good group of friends and would be more than willing to welcome a new friend, but also just as welcoming to someone that likes their own space. Just as long as we get on and can have a laugh above all. We're clean and tidy and looking for someone who will clean up after themselves, or share the chore load as and when.
Someone who doesn't mind dogs is important as I have a pug that lives with us.
Located in a quiet area of the village, but a 2 minute walk from the village centre where there are shops and pubs. Good, regular public transport service to York city centre.
