City Centre, quiet, double bed room available!

Hi There!

I am looking for a new flatmate as sadly my close friend has got a job in leeds and is now moving at the end of this month!

We currently live in a 3 bed, large terrace house. The house itself is very large, spacious and very light.

The house is directly opposite the hospital and is only a 15 minute walk into the city centre!

Although it's officially a 3 bed, we managed to negotiate the rent to that of a 2 bed- meaning our 3rd bedroom is currently a wardrobe! (This can be changed if need be!)We also have a large terrace out the back of the house and have a large garage for extra storage.

You would have the 3rd bedroom to yourself (as well as your room) as I have the master room I feel it is more fair.

I am a happy person who is social and also into sport. So ideally would like a similar individual to live with.

I do work full time so although I enjoy my weekends ideally I am not looking to live with someone too into partying or too loud. I also really love a clean house...

In general bills work out at an extra 120 a month- this includes council tax and internet. So in total you will look to pay around 485 all in per month.
