Description

I am looking for a tenant that is clean, tidy and easy to get along with. Both students and working professionals are taken into consideration at any age. We are a nice and friendly house that respects each others privacy and keeps the house in a clean and tidy state. The house is strictly a pet and smoking free zone, however smoking is fine as long as it's outside

All tenants also have access to the washing machine, tumble dryer, garden and garage/bike storage. The location of the house is in a good area, we are only a 2 minute drive from Hull road bringing you out at the B&Q warehouse. Also we are only a 3 minute walk from the nearest number 6 bus stop.

There is good parking right across the road from the property. There is off street parking at the property too.
