Two house mates are wanted for a modern attractive shared house close to the York city center.

Currently, a tidy, quite, friendly, 26 year old professional male lives at the property as well the landlord who is a working person, friendly, 41.

The house is modern and stylish. There is a large living room, cable television, free internet, central heating, gas fire, washing machine, and off the road parking.

Both rooms are furnished, modern and a good size.

Room 1: Double bed, built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Room 2: Single bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

We are looking for working people who are non-smokers and single. We cannot cater for couples.

We are looking for someone in a similar mold to those already living there. People who will become a friend, respect the house and keep it tidy.

One month's rent is needed in advance.
