Im looking for someone to take my room at uni, sharing with 7 other people (6 2nd year students (5 female and 1 male) and1 masters student (female)). I dont need the room anymore as I am leaving uni. Very social and tidy people.
Room is £99 a week with three payments of £1280 a term starting 1st October but can move in before this.
Tenenancy Agreement must be signed on the 29th of September

House is huge and quiet, large room, double bed, tv comes with the room, large desk space. two bathrooms with two toilets two showers and a bath upstairs.
Huge kitchen/living/dining area with 2 frdge freezers, 2 washer/dryers and dishwasher.
