Double room available in shared postgraduate house

We have three good-sized furnished double rooms available in a shared postgraduate house. We are looking for other friendly postgraduate students to join the current tenant. It is ideal for postgrads looking for a quiet place to get on with their work.

The house has a large lounge, kitchen and a shared bathroom. There is on-street parking and shelter in the backyard for bikes. It is located in the South Bank area, so is close to town and has easy access to York University campus via the Millennium Bridge.

The rooms are available from 1st October, but an earlier move in date could be agreed with the landlord. The tenancy is for twelve months, but the landlord is open to subletting after six months.
