Annex to let

Ground floor Annex to let on lodger only basis. Fully fitted kitchen (with washing machine),Bathroom, Double bedroom (TV) and sitting room (TV). The let is for single occupancy only (sorry no boyfriends, girlfriends, spouses, cats, dogs, grand parents, et cetera). The annex has a separate front and rear door, however there is an internal connecting door to the main property.
We would prefer to let to a single professional, non smoker and one who works regular hours. Parking is available on the street. The let is located in Wigginton/Haxby and is situated on an excellent bus route for the City, Uni and both large shopping areas. The monthly cost includes all bills, gas, water, elec, tv and broadband. Thank you.
