Facing south this is a sunny, quiet room overlooking the small garden, with a wash hand basin. This room will suit a friendly person who enjoys living in a clean environment.

It is less than a 20 minute walk into York centre, with a full range of shops very close by. There is a very regular bus into the city and free on street parking.

This room is ideal for the hospital, Nestle and St John's University which are all a few minutes walk away.

It is sharing with three other friendly, busy professional people who like living in a clean environment.

The rent is £400 p. c.m including all bills. Strictly non smokers only, not even those who smoke outside, please.

Please note the room is for one person only and the minimum let is 6 months.
