Double Room To Rent In Great Area

Hi all . And I'm renting my spare room. The appartment is a 15 minute walk into york city centre with great access to the ring riads also. Walking distance to st johns college, hospital. On bus route also . Good sized double room available in a fairly new block of apartments in Huntington . The room is unfurnished so would have to provide own bed, but there is a built in wardrobe. sky TV and broadband including all sport and movies. I work away Monday to Friday so you would generally have the place to yourself all week unless I'm on holidays . I'm very easy going and laid back .
I'm possibly going away to the Falkland Islands in September for 4 months so would need someone I get along with and trust that I could leave the place to for that time .
